The room includes a mattress, two small bookshelves, a wooden desk, and a spacious closet (an air conditioner is available if you are interested in having one). This is a very convenient location close to Da An Park and Yun Kang Street with many bus transfers nearby. We are close to a good grocery store, a traditional food market, as well as many nice shops and restaurants. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 4-floor building situated in front of a small neighborhood park. The flat features a large open kitchen and a spacious shared living room with lots of windows and a balcony facing the park.
